Description

These 3-Ingredient No-Bake Cookies are the perfect quick and easy treat, made with just natural peanut butter, maple syrup, and rolled oats. No baking required—simply mix, chill, and enjoy! Ideal for a sweet snack, dessert, or healthy indulgence.


Ingredients

1 cup natural peanut butter

1/2 cup maple syrup

2 cups rolled oats


Instructions

  • Melt Peanut Butter & Maple Syrup: In a medium saucepan, heat the peanut butter and maple syrup over low heat until melted and smooth. Stir occasionally to combine.

  • Add Oats: Once smooth, remove from heat and stir in the rolled oats until well combined.

  • Shape the Cookies: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Scoop spoonfuls of the mixture and shape them into small cookies. Place them on the prepared baking sheet.

  • Chill the Cookies: Refrigerate the cookies for at least 30 minutes, or until they are firm and set.
