Ingredients:
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 cup chocolate protein powder
1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup almond flour
2 tablespoons mini chocolate chips (optional)
1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (for the topping)
1 teaspoon coconut oil (for the topping)
Directions:
In a medium bowl, combine the cottage cheese, cocoa powder, chocolate protein powder, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract.
Stir the mixture until smooth and fully combined.
Gradually add in the almond flour, mixing until everything is well incorporated.
If desired, fold in the mini chocolate chips for added texture and flavor.
