Ingredients

22 1/2 pounds flank steak

1/2 cup tamari sauce

2 cloves garlic

1 pound asparagus

3 bell peppers, sliced

1/4 cup balsamic vinegar


Instructions

  • Season the flank steak with kosher salt and black pepper.

  • Marinate the steak in tamari sauce and crushed garlic for at least 1 hour.

  • Assemble the bundles by rolling the marinated steak around the asparagus and bell peppers, securing them with toothpicks.
