Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 cups Minute rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can water (use soup can for measurement)
1 packet Lipton onion soup mix
1 tbsp butter (for greasing dish)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch casserole dish with butter.

In a bowl, mix Minute rice, cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, and water until well combined.

Pour rice mixture into the prepared casserole dish and spread evenly.

Lay chicken breasts on top of the rice mixture.

Sprinkle onion soup mix evenly over the chicken.

Notes
