Description

A refreshing, tropical-inspired drink with apple juice, coconut water, pineapple juice, lime, and ginger, perfect for a cool, revitalizing treat.


Ingredients

1 ½ cups apple juice

½ cup coconut water

¼ cup pineapple juice

1 tablespoon honey

½ teaspoon lime juice

¼ teaspoon grated ginger

¼ cup crushed ice


Instructions

  1. Pour 1 ½ cups of apple juice into a medium-sized mixing glass or pitcher.
  2. Add ½ cup of coconut water to the glass.
  3. Pour ¼ cup of pineapple juice into the mixture.
  4. Measure and add 1 tablespoon of honey, ensuring it dissolves fully into the liquid.
  5. Squeeze in ½ teaspoon of lime juice, being careful to avoid the seeds.
  6. Grate ¼ teaspoon of fresh ginger and add it to the drink, letting the flavors infuse.
  7. Add ¼ cup of crushed ice to chill the drink.
  8. Stir the mixture well with a spoon until all the ingredients are evenly combined.
