Ingredients
1 pound lean ground beef
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons ketchup
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 teaspoon dried minced onion
5 large flour tortillas
Shredded cheddar cheese (or your preferred cheese)
Mustard (optional)
Slices of tomato
Lettuce (optional toppings: pickles, onions, avocado)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, dried minced onion, salt, and pepper. Mix well to evenly distribute the seasonings.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Shape the beef mixture into patties slightly larger than the tortillas. Grill the patties for 3-4 minutes per side or until desired doneness.
- Warm the tortillas on the grill or in a skillet until soft and pliable.
- Lay a warm tortilla flat. If desired, spread mustard. Add a generous sprinkle of shredded cheese, a grilled patty, tomato slices, lettuce, and additional toppings like pickles, onions, or avocado.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly to secure the fillings. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and ingredients.
- Cut the wraps in half and serve.
