Ingredients

1 pound lean ground beef

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

2 tablespoons ketchup

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 teaspoon dried minced onion

5 large flour tortillas

Shredded cheddar cheese (or your preferred cheese)

Mustard (optional)

Slices of tomato

Lettuce (optional toppings: pickles, onions, avocado)


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, dried minced onion, salt, and pepper. Mix well to evenly distribute the seasonings.
  2. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Shape the beef mixture into patties slightly larger than the tortillas. Grill the patties for 3-4 minutes per side or until desired doneness.
  3. Warm the tortillas on the grill or in a skillet until soft and pliable.
  4. Lay a warm tortilla flat. If desired, spread mustard. Add a generous sprinkle of shredded cheese, a grilled patty, tomato slices, lettuce, and additional toppings like pickles, onions, or avocado.
  5. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly to secure the fillings. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and ingredients.
  6. Cut the wraps in half and serve.
