Description
A delicious no-bake dessert combining the flavors of bananas, strawberries, and cheesecake for a fruity and creamy treat.
Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas, sliced
- 1 1/2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Mix until the texture resembles wet sand, then press the mixture into the bottom of a serving dish or small jars to form the crust.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
- Layer the cream cheese mixture over the graham cracker crust.
- Top with sliced bananas and strawberries.
- Refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours to set before serving.
Notes
- You can substitute powdered sugar with an alternative sweetener for a lower-calorie version.
- For a firmer cheesecake, let it chill overnight.
- Feel free to add other berries or nuts for extra flavor and texture.
