Description

A delicious no-bake dessert combining the flavors of bananas, strawberries, and cheesecake for a fruity and creamy treat.

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Mix until the texture resembles wet sand, then press the mixture into the bottom of a serving dish or small jars to form the crust.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Layer the cream cheese mixture over the graham cracker crust.
  5. Top with sliced bananas and strawberries.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours to set before serving.

Notes

  • You can substitute powdered sugar with an alternative sweetener for a lower-calorie version.
  • For a firmer cheesecake, let it chill overnight.
  • Feel free to add other berries or nuts for extra flavor and texture.
