Ingredients

2 tbsp soy sauce
For the Fried Rice:
3 cups cold cooked rice
2 eggs, scrambled
1 cup frozen peas and carrots
1 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 tbsp beef broth
2 tbsp chicken broth
2 tbsp hot sauce (optional)
3 green onions, sliced
Instructions
