Description

Ingredients

1 large boneless, skinless chicken breast

Garlic powder, to taste

Dried Italian seasoning, to taste

Ground pepper, to taste

Pizza sauce

Shredded mozzarella cheese

Sliced pepperoni

Olive oil spray


Instructions

  • Prepare the Chicken: Butterfly the chicken breast and flatten it to about 3/4 inch thickness using a meat mallet or rolling pin.

  • Season the Chicken: Spray the chicken with olive oil and season with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and ground pepper.

  • Cook the Chicken: Place the chicken in the air fryer and cook at 356°F for 8 minutes on each side.

  • Add Toppings: Spoon pizza sauce on the chicken, sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese, and top with pepperoni slices. Pierce the pepperoni with toothpicks to keep them in place.
