Description

Ingredients

1 cup fresh spinach, chopped

1 small onion, chopped

1 cup feta cheese, crumbled

4 large eggs

1 cup milk

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

1 tablespoon olive oil


Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a pie dish or quiche dish.
  2. Sauté the Vegetables: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onion and sauté until translucent (5-7 minutes). Add spinach and cook until wilted (2-3 minutes). Set aside to cool slightly.
  3. Prepare the Egg Mixture: Whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and nutmeg in a mixing bowl.
  4. Combine the Ingredients: Stir in the sautéed spinach and onion mixture. Fold in the crumbled feta cheese.
