Ingredients
1 batch of sugar cookie dough (see recipe for details)
1 package cream cheese (brick style, not spreadable)
¼ cup unsalted butter
1 ¼ cups powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Fresh fruit (strawberries, kiwi, blueberries, grapes, or any of your favorites)
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Roll the sugar cookie dough and chill for 20 minutes.

Press dough into a 9–10-inch pizza pan or baking sheet.
