Description

Biscuits and Sausage Gravy Breakfast Pizza is a hearty and delicious dish made with a biscuit crust, savory sausage gravy, melty cheese, and baked eggs for the perfect breakfast treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1/2 pound beef breakfast sausage
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 large eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking sheet and press biscuit dough into a 12-inch circle.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook sausage until browned. Add butter and stir in flour. Cook for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
  3. Slowly pour in milk, whisking until gravy thickens. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Spread sausage gravy evenly over the biscuit crust. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  5. Use a spoon to make 4 wells in the cheese and crack one egg into each well.
  6. Bake for 15–20 minutes until crust is golden, cheese is melted, and egg whites are set.
  7. Let rest for 3 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

  • Use high-quality sausage for the best flavor.
  • You can add extra toppings like diced vegetables to customize the dish.
