Description

Cabbage Fat-Burning Soup is a low-calorie, nourishing dish packed with healthy vegetables like cabbage, carrots, and onions, designed to support metabolism and aid in weight loss.

Ingredients

1 medium head of cabbage, chopped

2 large carrots, sliced

1 large onion, diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes

6 cups vegetable broth

1 teaspoon olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the diced onions and minced garlic, sautéing until the onions are translucent.
  2. Stir in the sliced carrots and chopped cabbage. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables begin to soften, about 5 minutes.
  3. Pour in the diced tomatoes (with juices) and vegetable broth. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for 20 minutes.
  4. Season the soup with salt and pepper to taste. Continue simmering until all the vegetables are tender.
  5. Serve hot and enjoy the healthy, fat-burning benefits of this flavorful soup.

Notes

For added protein, you can include chicken, turkey, or tofu in the soup.

If you like spicy foods, add red pepper flakes or chopped jalapeños.

Feel free to add other vegetables like zucchini, bell peppers, or celery for more flavor.
