Ingredients
1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 lb crab meat (or imitation crab)
1 cup fish fillets (cod or haddock), cut into chunks
1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
1 cup heavy cream
2 cups chicken or seafood broth
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon dried thyme
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 package of Cheddar Bay Biscuit mix (includes cheddar cheese & seasoning)
3/4 cup milk (for biscuit mix)
1/4 cup melted butter (for biscuit topping)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Cook shrimp, crab, and fish in a large pot over medium heat for 3-4 minutes until shrimp turns pink. Set seafood aside.

In the same pot, add broth, heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, salt, and pepper. Stir and bring to a gentle simmer.

Add frozen mixed vegetables and cooked seafood. Simmer for 5 minutes.

Stir for 5 minutes until sauce thickens. Remove from heat.

In a bowl, combine Cheddar Bay Biscuit mix with milk and stir gently until just combined.

Pour seafood mixture into a large baking dish and drop spoonfuls of biscuit dough over the top.

Drizzle melted butter over the biscuit topping.
