Instructions
- Make the Cheesecake Filling: In a small bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- Assemble the Sandwiches: Spread the cheesecake mixture onto 4 slices of bread, then top with the other 4 slices to form sandwiches.
- Prepare the Egg Mixture: In a shallow dish, whisk together eggs, milk, cinnamon, and salt.

Notes
For a lighter version, reduce the amount of powdered sugar in the filling or omit it altogether.
