Description

Cheesy Baked Asparagus Goodness: A quick and easy cheesy baked asparagus dish perfect as a side or main for cheese lovers.


Ingredients

1 cup heavy whipping cream

2 bunches asparagus

Salt and pepper

2 cups Monterey cheese

1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pour heavy cream into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  3. Arrange asparagus in the dish and season with salt and pepper.
