Description

This creamy Chicken Wing Dip combines the best of buffalo wings and cheesy dip in one irresistible appetizer. With tender chicken, creamy ranch dressing, tangy buffalo sauce, and melted cheese, it’s the perfect dish for game day, parties, or any gathering. Easy to make and packed with flavor, it’s sure to be a crowd-pleaser!


Ingredients

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded (rotisserie chicken works great)

8 ounces cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup ranch dressing

1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/4 cup green onions, chopped (optional)


Instructions

  • Prepare the Dip:
    Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9-inch baking dish.
    In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, ranch dressing, buffalo sauce, cheddar cheese, and mozzarella cheese. Stir everything together until well combined.

  • Bake the Dip:
    Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it out evenly.
    Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly and the cheese is melted.

  • Serve:
    Garnish with chopped green onions (optional) and serve with tortilla chips, crackers, or celery sticks for dipping.

Notes

For extra heat, add more buffalo sauce or a dash of hot sauce.

You can make the dip ahead of time and store it in the fridge before baking. Just bake it for 25–30 minutes if chilled.

Serve with crunchy veggies like carrots and celery for a lighter option.
