Description

Chocolate Brownie Pie is an easy, comforting dessert that combines a rich, fudgy brownie filling with a flaky pie crust for a nostalgic, indulgent treat.

Ingredients

1 pouch brownie mix, prepared according to package directions (with eggs, oil, and water)

1 cup semi-sweet or sweet chocolate chips

1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust, chilled (store-bought or homemade)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the brownie batter according to the package directions in a medium bowl.
  3. Gently fold the chocolate chips into the brownie batter.
  4. Pour the batter into the chilled, unbaked pie crust and spread evenly.
  5. Bake for 25–30 minutes, until the center is just set but still soft.
  6. Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before slicing.
  7. Serve warm or slightly cooled.

Notes

For extra richness, use dark chocolate chips.

Serve with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream for a classic pairing.

The center should remain slightly fudgy when done.

Smaller slices work best due to the richness.
