Description
Chocolate Brownie Pie is an easy, comforting dessert that combines a rich, fudgy brownie filling with a flaky pie crust for a nostalgic, indulgent treat.
Ingredients
1 pouch brownie mix, prepared according to package directions (with eggs, oil, and water)
1 cup semi-sweet or sweet chocolate chips
1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust, chilled (store-bought or homemade)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the brownie batter according to the package directions in a medium bowl.
- Gently fold the chocolate chips into the brownie batter.
- Pour the batter into the chilled, unbaked pie crust and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, until the center is just set but still soft.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before slicing.
- Serve warm or slightly cooled.
Notes
For extra richness, use dark chocolate chips.
Serve with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream for a classic pairing.
The center should remain slightly fudgy when done.
Smaller slices work best due to the richness.
