Ingredients
- 1 (3.4 oz) package instant pistachio pudding mix (dry)
- 1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple with juice
- 1 (10 oz) bag mini marshmallows, divided
- ¾ cup chopped walnuts, divided
- 1 (8 oz) tub cool whip, thawed
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix crushed pineapple with dry pistachio pudding mix until well combined.
- Add cool whip and stir until fluffy and smooth.
- Fold in 2 cups mini marshmallows and ½ cup chopped walnuts.
- Cover and chill in refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
- Before serving, garnish with remaining marshmallows, walnuts.
