Description

A homemade Costco-style chicken bake made with golden pizza dough wrapped around creamy Caesar-marinated chicken, melted cheese, green onions, and savory smoked turkey crumbles for a comforting and satisfying meal.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup pizza dough (or dough for 4.5 Rhodes rolls)
  • 3/4 cup grilled, seasoned, and chopped boneless chicken breast
  • 1/3 cup shredded mozzarella and provolone cheese blend
  • 2 tablespoons + 1 teaspoon smoked turkey crumbles
  • 1/4 cup green onion, washed and chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Caesar dressing (plus extra for marinating and brushing)
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Marinate the grilled and chopped chicken breast with a small amount of Caesar dressing and refrigerate until ready to assemble.
  2. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. On a lightly floured surface, roll or press the dough into a large rectangle.
  4. Brush Caesar dressing evenly over the dough.
  5. Layer the marinated chicken, shredded cheese, green onions, and smoked turkey crumbles over the dough.
  6. Wrap the dough around the filling like a burrito and place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  7. Brush the top with additional Caesar dressing and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
  8. Bake for 15–18 minutes, until the dough is puffed and golden brown.
  9. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
