Description

These Cottage Cheese Egg Bites are a fluffy, protein-packed breakfast or snack option made with creamy cottage cheese, eggs, and cheddar cheese. Perfect for meal prep, they’re easy to make and great for on-the-go mornings!


Ingredients

6 large eggs

1 cup cottage cheese

1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon onion powder

1/4 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  • Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 12-cup muffin tin.

  • Mix the Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, cottage cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.
