Ingredients
1 large flatbread (store-bought or homemade)
8 oz Brie cheese, sliced
1 cup cranberry sauce (homemade or store-bought)
1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped (optional)
½ cup walnuts or pecans, chopped (optional)
Olive oil, for drizzling
Salt and pepper, to taste
Balsamic glaze, for drizzling (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place the flatbread on the baking sheet.
- Evenly distribute the Brie cheese slices over the flatbread.
- Spoon cranberry sauce over the Brie, spreading it evenly.
- Sprinkle with fresh rosemary, salt, and pepper.
- Distribute chopped walnuts or pecans over the cranberry and Brie layer (if using).
- Drizzle olive oil over the top.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the flatbread is golden brown.
- After baking, let it cool for 5 minutes and drizzle with balsamic glaze (if using).
- Slice and serve warm.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F for 5-7 minutes.
To make a vegan version, use plant-based cheese and flatbread.
