Ingredients
4 cups fresh broccoli florets
1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/3 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon honey
Instructions
- Wash and cut the broccoli into bite-sized florets. Slice the red onion thinly and measure out the dried cranberries and sunflower seeds.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, and honey until smooth and well combined.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the broccoli, red onion, cranberries, and sunflower seeds. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss until everything is well coated.
- Cover with plastic wrap or transfer the salad to an airtight container and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld. Stir gently before serving.
Notes
