Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded russet potatoes
  • 1 cup sweet corn kernels

  • 2 large eggs
  • ⅓ cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
