Description

Crock Pot Crack Chicken is a creamy, savory slow-cooked dish made with chicken breasts, ranch seasoning, cream cheese, and shredded cheddar cheese. Ingredients

  • 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 34 breasts)
  • 1 oz packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 16 oz cream cheese, cubed
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  • Prep the Chicken: Spray the bottom of your slow cooker with non-stick spray. Place the chicken breasts inside and sprinkle with the ranch seasoning mix. Top with cubes of cream cheese.
  • Slow Cook: Cover and cook on LOW for 5½ hours (or 3 hours on HIGH).
