Ingredients

6 large eggs

1 cup milk (whole, low-fat, or non-dairy)

1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your favorite)

2 cups chopped vegetables (spinach, bell peppers, onions, etc.)

Salt and pepper to taste

1 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a pie dish or similar baking dish with cooking spray or butter.
