Ingredients

1 package firm silken tofu

1 cup dairy-free parmesan cheese

1 can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1/2 cup nutritional yeast

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1 tablespoon cornstarch or arrowroot starch

Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  • Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

  • Blend the base: In a food processor, combine the tofu, dairy-free parmesan cheese, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, onion powder, lemon juice, and cornstarch. Blend until smooth.

  • Add artichokes: Stir in the chopped artichoke hearts and season with salt and pepper to taste.
