Ingredients

4 tbsp all-purpose flour

2 tbsp granulated sugar

2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

1/4 tsp baking powder

Pinch of salt

3 tbsp milk

1 tbsp vegetable oil

1/4 tsp vanilla extract

12 tbsp chocolate chips (optional)


Instructions

  1. In a large microwave-safe mug, whisk together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
  2. Add milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth and no lumps remain, but do not overmix.
