Description

Cookie Dough Dip is a delicious, no-bake dessert that offers the indulgent taste of cookie dough without the need for any baking. This creamy, sweet dip is perfect for pairing with graham crackers, fruit, or pretzels, making it a fun and easy treat for any occasion. Whether you’re hosting a party or craving a sweet snack, this dip is sure to satisfy your dessert cravings!

Ingredients

1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

3/4 cup brown sugar, packed

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 cup all-purpose flour (heat-treated)

1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

23 tablespoons milk (optional, for consistency)

Instructions

  • Cream the Butter and Sugar: In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Add the vanilla extract and salt, and mix until combined.

  • Add the Flour: Gradually mix in the heat-treated flour, blending until smooth. To heat-treat the flour, microwave it for 1 minute on high to kill any bacteria.

  • Combine with Cream Cheese: In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth. Add this mixture to the butter and flour mixture and stir until well combined.

  • Fold in the Chocolate Chips: Gently fold the mini chocolate chips into the dip mixture.

  • Adjust Consistency: If the dip is too thick, add 1-2 tablespoons of milk until you reach your desired consistency.

  • Serve: Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving. Serve with graham crackers, fruit, or pretzels for dipping.

Notes

Storage: Store leftover dip in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Substitutions: You can swap the mini chocolate chips for regular-sized ones, or even use other mix-ins like toffee bits or peanut butter chips.
