Ingredients
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup granulated sugar

1/4 cup brown sugar (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan with nonstick spray.

- In another bowl, whisk milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla until smooth.

- Bake for 50–60 minutes, until golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
