Easy Air Fryer Tortilla Pizza is a quick, crispy, and cheesy personal pizza made with simple pantry ingredients in under 10 minutes. Perfect for snacks, light meals, or last-minute cravings without the fuss of traditional pizza dough.
Ingredients
2 flour tortillas (8-inch each)
1/2 cup pizza sauce
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 tablespoon olive oil or olive oil cooking spray
6 to 8 slices pepperoni (or toppings of choice)
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, combine grated parmesan and Italian seasoning.
- Brush or spray both sides of each tortilla with olive oil. Sprinkle half the seasoning mixture evenly over the tortillas, reserving the rest for topping.
- Spread pizza sauce evenly over each tortilla.
- Add pepperoni slices (or other toppings of choice) and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Top with the remaining seasoning mixture.
- Lightly coat the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
- Place one prepared tortilla pizza into the basket and cook for 4–5 minutes, until edges are crisp and cheese is melted.
- Let pizza rest inside the air fryer for 2–3 minutes for extra crispiness.
- Carefully remove with a spatula and repeat with the second pizza.
- Slice into triangles and serve immediately.
