Description

Easy Chicken Parm Naan Pizza is a quick and flavorful twist on the classic chicken Parmesan. Featuring a crispy naan base, tender chicken, fresh mozzarella, and marinara sauce, it’s an easy-to-make dish perfect for busy weeknights.


Ingredients

2 large naan breads

¾ cup marinara sauce

1 package Soules Kitchen Chicken (thawed)

56 slices fresh mozzarella

46 basil leaves

2 tbsp Italian Panko breadcrumbs

Garnishes: Italian seasoning and red pepper flakes


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Microwave the thawed Soules Kitchen Chicken for 3-4 minutes, or until heated through.
  3. Spread marinara sauce evenly over each naan bread.
  4. Top the naan with the cooked chicken, slices of fresh mozzarella, panko breadcrumbs, and basil leaves.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Remove from the oven and finish with a sprinkle of Italian seasoning and red pepper flakes. Slice and serve immediately.

Notes

For extra nutrition, add veggies like bell peppers, onions, or spinach to the pizza.

If you like it spicy, add jalapeños or drizzle with hot sauce.

Swap mozzarella for parmesan or shredded mozzarella if you prefer a different cheese.

Use grilled chicken, rotisserie chicken, or turkey as an alternative to the Soules Kitchen Chicken.
