Ingredients
- 1 can refrigerated pizza dough
- 1 packet sausage-flavored country gravy mix
- ¾ cup pre-cooked crumbled turkey sausage
- 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- Optional: eggs, or cheddar cheese for additional toppings
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Prepare a 9×13-inch baking sheet with non-stick spray.
- Pre-cook pizza dough according to package instructions for about 6 minutes.
- In a saucepan, cook the country gravy, whisking frequently until smooth and thickened.
- Spread desired amount of gravy over the pre-cooked pizza dough, reserving extra gravy for dipping if desired.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over the gravy layer.
- Top with sausage crumbles (add optional toppings like eggs, or cheddar cheese if desired).
- Optional: Brush outer crust edges with a thin layer of olive oil for a golden finish.
- Bake for 10–15 minutes more, or until crust is golden and cooked through.

- For a crispier crust, bake the pizza dough slightly longer during the pre-cooking step.
