Description

Quick and flavorful, these Easy Tuna Patties are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. A perfect meal for busy days or a light lunch.


Ingredients

2 eggs

2 teaspoons lemon juice

10 tablespoons Italian-seasoned bread crumbs

3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

3 (5-ounce) cans tuna, drained

3 tablespoons diced onion

1 pinch ground black pepper

3 tablespoons vegetable oil


Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients.
  2. In a bowl, beat the eggs and lemon juice together. Stir in the bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese to form a paste.
  3. Fold in the drained tuna and diced onion until well combined. Season with black pepper.
  4. Use your hands to shape the tuna mixture into 8 patties, each about 1 inch thick.
  5. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry the patties in the hot oil for about 5 minutes per side, or until golden brown.
