Ingredients
- 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1½ cups all-purpose flour
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 cup M&M’s, plus extra for topping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 12-inch round pizza pan or line it with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter and sugar until smooth and glossy.
- Add eggs one at a time, whisking well after each. Stir in vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour and salt. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture until just combined.
- Gently fold in white chocolate chips and 1 cup of M&M’s.
- Spread batter evenly in prepared pan and smooth the top.
- Bake 25–30 minutes, until edges are golden and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Let cool completely in pan. Once cooled, sprinkle additional M&M’s on top.
- Slice into wedges and serve like a pizza!
