Description

A protein-packed breakfast burrito made with eggs, cheese, cauliflower hash browns, cream cheese, lettuce, and everything bagel seasoning wrapped in a low-carb flatbread. A hearty, flavorful alternative to the classic everything bagel.


Ingredients

1 Cut Da Carb Flatbread

1 whole egg

1/2 cup egg whites

1 tsp sea salt

3 tsp everything bagel seasoning

1/8 tsp black pepper

1 tsp garlic powder

1 slice cheddar cheese

1 piece organic cream cheese

2 toasted cauliflower hash browns

2 lettuce leaves

2 tbsp Chosen Foods Everything Bagel Sauce


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together whole egg, egg whites, 2 tsp everything bagel seasoning, sea salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
  2. Cook egg mixture in a skillet over medium heat until fluffy and set.
  3. Lay flatbread on a clean surface. Place lettuce leaves, then spread 1 tbsp everything bagel sauce.
  4. Layer cooked eggs, cheddar cheese, toasted cauliflower hash browns, cream cheese, and drizzle remaining sauce.
  5. Sprinkle remaining everything bagel seasoning over filling.
  6. Wrap tightly into a burrito, slice in half, and serve.

Notes

Swap cheddar for mozzarella or pepper jack for variety.

Add spinach, mushrooms, or bell peppers for more veggies.

Add jalapeños or hot sauce for a spicy kick.

Use whole wheat or gluten-free wraps if preferred.

Best stored in fridge up to 2 days; reheat in skillet or oven.
