Ingredients
1 Cut Da Carb Flatbread
1 whole egg
1/2 cup egg whites
1 tsp sea salt
3 tsp everything bagel seasoning
1/8 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 slice cheddar cheese
1 piece organic cream cheese
2 toasted cauliflower hash browns
2 lettuce leaves
2 tbsp Chosen Foods Everything Bagel Sauce
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together whole egg, egg whites, 2 tsp everything bagel seasoning, sea salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
- Cook egg mixture in a skillet over medium heat until fluffy and set.
- Lay flatbread on a clean surface. Place lettuce leaves, then spread 1 tbsp everything bagel sauce.
- Layer cooked eggs, cheddar cheese, toasted cauliflower hash browns, cream cheese, and drizzle remaining sauce.
- Sprinkle remaining everything bagel seasoning over filling.
- Wrap tightly into a burrito, slice in half, and serve.
Notes
Swap cheddar for mozzarella or pepper jack for variety.
Add spinach, mushrooms, or bell peppers for more veggies.
Add jalapeños or hot sauce for a spicy kick.
Use whole wheat or gluten-free wraps if preferred.
Best stored in fridge up to 2 days; reheat in skillet or oven.
