Ingredients
16 ounces mini bell peppers, cut in half with seeds removed
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons everything bagel seasoning, plus more for topping
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, and everything bagel seasoning. Stir well until smooth and fully mixed.
- Take each mini bell pepper and fill with the cream cheese mixture, spreading generously.
- Sprinkle additional everything bagel seasoning on top of the filled peppers for extra flavor.
- Place the stuffed peppers in the refrigerator to chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
