Description

Everything Bagel Cream Cheese Stuffed Peppers combine a creamy, tangy filling with the crunch of mini bell peppers, topped with everything bagel seasoning. A simple, low-carb, gluten-free snack perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

16 ounces mini bell peppers, cut in half with seeds removed

8 ounces cream cheese, softened

1 cup sour cream

2 tablespoons everything bagel seasoning, plus more for topping


Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, and everything bagel seasoning. Stir well until smooth and fully mixed.
  2. Take each mini bell pepper and fill with the cream cheese mixture, spreading generously.
  3. Sprinkle additional everything bagel seasoning on top of the filled peppers for extra flavor.
  4. Place the stuffed peppers in the refrigerator to chill for at least 1 hour before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
