Description

This Fresh Mango Lemonade recipe combines the sweetness of ripe mangoes with the tanginess of freshly squeezed lemon juice, creating a tropical twist on the classic summer drink. With only four ingredients, this refreshing beverage is quick and easy to prepare, perfect for hot summer days, parties, or family gatherings. It’s made with real ingredients, ensuring a burst of natural flavors in every sip!

Ingredients

2 cups fresh mango, puréed

1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 810 lemons)

1 cup white sugar

4 cups filtered water

Instructions

  • Make the Simple Syrup: In a small saucepan, combine 1 cup of water and the sugar. Heat over medium heat until the sugar dissolves completely. Remove from heat and set aside to cool.

  • Prepare the Mango Purée: Blend the mango with a little water until smooth to make the purée.

  • Combine Ingredients: In a large pitcher, add the mango purée, lemon juice, cooled sugar syrup, and the remaining 3 cups of cold water. Stir well to combine.

  • Chill: Cover the pitcher and refrigerate for a few hours to chill.

  • Serve: Pour the mango lemonade into glasses filled with ice and enjoy!

Notes

Storage: Store leftover mango lemonade in the refrigerator for up to 3-5 days.

Freezing: You can freeze leftover lemonade for up to 3 months. Thaw it partially to make a frozen slushy drink.

Variations: Try fruit swaps like strawberries, peaches, or pineapple for different flavors. For a tropical twist, use coconut water instead of water or add a splash of club soda for a fizzy finish.
