This homemade gluten-free cream of chicken soup is creamy, flavorful, and quick to make in just 20 minutes. Ingredients
2 tbsp butter (dairy-free options: Smart Balance or Earth Balance)
1/2 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp thyme
Pinch of nutmeg (optional but recommended)
6 tbsp gluten-free all-purpose flour
2 cups gluten-free chicken broth
2 cups chopped cooked chicken (rotisserie chicken works great)
1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy such as almond, cashew, or coconut milk)
Instructions

Sauté Garlic: - 
In a large saucepan, heat butter over medium-high heat. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant and tender.
