Ingredients

- 24 chocolate-covered mint cookies, divided

- 1 chocolate crumb crust (9 inches)
Instructions
- Make the Filling: In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually add the sweetened condensed milk and mix until smooth. Add the green food coloring and beat until fully incorporated.
- Add Cookies: Coarsely crush 16 of the mint cookies and stir them into the cream cheese mixture. Fold in the whipped topping until evenly combined.
- Assemble the Pie: Spoon the mixture into the chocolate crumb crust and spread it evenly.
- Freeze: Cover the pie and freeze it overnight to allow the filling to set.
- Garnish and Serve: Before serving, remove the pie from the freezer 15 minutes before cutting. Garnish with the remaining crushed cookies and serve chilled.
