Grilled Ranch Chicken Wraps are a quick, flavorful meal made with seasoned chicken, ranch dressing, and fresh toppings wrapped in tortillas, perfect for any time of day.
Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 6 flour tortilla wraps, 8 inches
- ½ cup ranch dressing
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 medium tomato, sliced
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season chicken breasts with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Add chicken to hot skillet and sauté 3-5 minutes per side until browned and cooked through.
- Remove from heat and let chicken cool. Slice into strips.
- Lay tortillas flat on a surface. Spread ranch dressing down the center of each. Top with shredded cheddar, sliced tomatoes, and chicken strips.
- Fold the bottom of each tortilla up, then fold the sides over the filling to form wraps.
- If needed, add a little oil or cooking spray to the skillet. Place wraps seam-side down in skillet. Press down and cook on medium heat for 3-4 minutes per side, until golden brown and cheese melts.
- Serve immediately or store wrapped for later.
