Description

This Low-Calorie Dunkaroo Dip is a creamy, fun, and protein-packed treat made with Greek yogurt, vanilla protein powder, and rainbow cake mix. Perfect for a guilt-free snack or dessert, it’s light, flavorful, and full of fun with colorful sprinkles!

Ingredients

1 cup Greek yogurt (227g) or 8 oz. cream cheese for a thicker dip

1/2 cup rainbow cake mix (64g)

1/2 cup vanilla protein powder (45g)

1/4 cup zero-calorie sweetener (48g) or sugar of choice

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon liquid stevia or additional sweetener to taste

2 tablespoons rainbow sprinkles (24g)

Instructions

  1. Heat treat cake mix: Microwave the cake mix in 30-second intervals, stirring between, until it reaches 165°F (74°C). Let it cool completely.
  2. Mix dip: In a bowl, combine the cooled cake mix, Greek yogurt (or cream cheese), vanilla protein powder, sweetener, vanilla extract, and liquid stevia. Beat with a hand mixer for 2-3 minutes until smooth.
  3. Fold in sprinkles: Gently fold in the rainbow sprinkles, reserving some for garnish.
  4. Chill: Refrigerate the dip for 1-2 hours or freeze for 30 minutes before serving to achieve the best texture and flavor.
  5. Serve: Pair with animal crackers, pretzels, apple slices, or cookies.

Notes

For a creamier texture, use full-fat Greek yogurt.

Make the dip sugar-free by adjusting sweeteners like stevia or a zero-calorie sweetener.

For a flavor twist, add a few drops of almond extract or cinnamon.

Customize the sprinkles by using different colored ones based on the occasion.

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
