- 1/2 cup sugar-free sweetener (such as monk fruit)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional, for added chocolate flavor)
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a 20 cm (7.9 inches) loaf pan with parchment paper.
- Mash Bananas: In a large bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
- Mix Wet Ingredients: Stir in the nut butter, eggs, sweetener, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix thoroughly.
- Add Dry Ingredients: Add the oat flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder. Stir until combined.
- Fold in Chocolate Chips: If using, fold in the chocolate chips.
- Bake: Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top. Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
