Description

This healthy Green Goddess dressing is a creamy, herb-filled dressing made with Greek yogurt, fresh herbs, and a tangy twist. Fresh herbs like tarragon, parsley, and dill give it an herbaceous taste, while the creamy yogurt base keeps it lighter and healthier.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chives
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill
  • 2 tablespoons fresh tarragon
  • 2 anchovy fillets (optional)
  • 1 garlic clove (or 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder)
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Combine Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, fresh herbs, anchovy fillets, garlic, rice vinegar, salt, and pepper in a blender or food processor.
  • Blend until smooth, scraping down the sides if needed.
