Ingredients

2 cups cottage cheese

3 large eggs

2 cups frozen mixed veggies (peas, carrots, corn, or your favorite blend)

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tbsp olive oil (for greasing the pan)


Instructions
