This Homemade BBQ Chicken Pizza combines tangy barbecue sauce, smoky gouda, melty mozzarella, and tender shredded chicken for an irresistible twist on pizza night. Ingredients
For the Pizza:
Pizza dough (enough for two 12-inch pizzas, or use half for one pizza)
1/3 cup BBQ sauce (your favorite type)
1 cup cooked chicken (shredded or chopped)
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup smoked gouda cheese (shredded)
1/4 cup red onion (thinly sliced)
Fresh cilantro for topping
Instructions

Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C).

Prepare the Dough: Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to a 12-inch circle.

Assemble the Pizza: - 
Place the dough on a greased pizza pan or baking sheet.

Spread a thin layer of BBQ sauce over the dough.

Layer the cooked chicken evenly over the BBQ sauce.

Sprinkle both mozzarella and smoked gouda cheese on top of the chicken.

Add the thinly sliced red onions on top.
