Description

A creamy, tangy, and flavorful homemade Big Mac-style sauce made with mayonnaise, gherkins, mustard, and paprika — perfect for burgers, fries, wraps, or as a dipping sauce.

Ingredients

100 g (0.5 cups) mayonnaise

1.5 tsp paprika

2 tbsp chopped gherkins

2 tbsp pickle juice (from the gherkin jar)

1 tbsp American mustard

Instructions

  1. Combine mayonnaise, paprika, chopped gherkins, pickle juice, and mustard in a small bowl.
  2. Mix well until smooth and evenly blended.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to develop.
  4. Stir before use and serve chilled as a condiment or dip.

Notes

Add 1 tsp ketchup for a sweeter flavor.

Use vegan mayonnaise for a dairy-free version.

Add a pinch of cayenne or hot sauce for a spicy kick.

Adjust thickness by varying the amount of pickle juice or mayonnaise.

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
