Description

Ingredients

  • 1 (14.75 oz) can salmon, drained and flaked
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil, for frying

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the flaked salmon, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, parsley, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, egg, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  • Shape the mixture into patties of your desired size and thickness.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Carefully place the salmon patties in the skillet and cook for 4–5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and heated through.
  • Remove the patties from the skillet and drain on paper towels to remove excess oil.
