Ingredients

1 (9-inch) pie crust, pre-baked

4 large ripe tomatoes, sliced

1 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon onion powder

1 tablespoon olive oil (for drizzling)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place tomato slices on paper towels, sprinkle with salt, and let sit 10 minutes to draw out moisture. Pat dry.
