4 cups water, plus ½ teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
3 tablespoons white vinegar (or other vinegar)
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
¼ teaspoon crushed red chili pepper
¼ teaspoon sea salt
⅛ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
